Anotace:

The thesis aims to assess Amul's competitive position and identify and analyze the elements that influence competitiveness, including the determination of competitive advantage. In a domestic market, investigates the factors impacting competitiveness, including the identification of competitive advantage. The theoretical portion discusses general concepts and characteristics related to market position analysis and competitiveness identification. This comprises the strategy, approach, past plans, and efficiency of the company. It is done by analyzing relative pricing, relative production instability, and export performance efficiency. Financial indicators, Porter's model, PESTLE, SWOT, and hypothesis analysis are all covered in the practical section. Based on the analysis findings, recommendations and ideas will be developed to strengthen the company's position in the local market.
