Mushrooms and their significance in food industry
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo charakterizace a rozdělení hub dle různých hledisek. Popsány jsou nej důležitější složky hub s příznivým vlivem na lidský organismus. Rozepsány jsou nejvýznamnější druhy hub jak pro farmaceutický, tak i pro potravinářský průmysl. V neposlední řadě se práce zabývá negativními vlastnostmi hub.
Abstract:
The aim of this work was to characterize and divide fungi according to various aspects. The most important components of fungi with a beneficial effect on the human body are described. The most significant types of mushrooms for both the pharmaceutical and food industries are presented as well. Finally, this work deals with the negative properties of mushrooms.
