Tato bakalářská práce představuje věkovou kategorii hokejistů mladšího školního věku, seznamuje s jejich tréninkem v letním a zimním období a popisuje regeneraci a výživu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis represents the age group of younger school-age hockey players, familiar with their training in summer and winter, and describes the regeneration and nutrition.
