Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku uzavírání smluv o účtu s akcentem na ochranu práv a zájmů klienta. Nejprve práce představí v rámci teoretické části základní pojmy spojené se smlouvami o účtech a s právním rámcem, který smlouvy zastřešuje. This thesis deals with the issue of contracting an account with an emphasis on protecting the rights and interests of the client. First, the theoretical part of the thesis introduces basic terminology related to contracts on accounts and the legal framework covering the contract.
