Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování strategické analýzy podniku a formulace návrhu dalšího rozvoje s cílem dosáhnout dlouhodobého stabilního růstu na trhu. Hlavním nástrojem je strategická analýza, na jejímž základě je vypracován návrh strategie podniku. Práce je rozdělena na tři části.
