Zefektivnění náboru nových pracovníků na Krajský úřad Jihomoravského kraje

Streamlining of the recruitment of new employees for the Regional Authority of The South Moravian Region
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci je provedena analýza současných metod používaných Krajským úřadem při náboru nových pracovníků a navrženy metody nové, které zvýší jeho efektivnost. Mezi hlavní navrhované metody patřila spolupráce s inzertní agenturou, doporučení vhodného kandidáta současným pracovníkem a spolupráce s internetovými inzertními portály.
Abstract:
The thesis analyses current methods used by the Regional Authority in recruiting new staff and new methods are proposed to increase its effectiveness. Among the main methods which were proposed belongs cooperation with an advertising agency, recommendation of a candidate by a current employee and cooperation with Internet advertising portals.
