Creating of Databases for Market Evaluation
Abstract:
V práci je vysvětlena teorie databází včetně zdrojů informací, ze kterých má vycházet. Následuje samotné vytvoření vlastních databází bytů pro tržní oceňování pro chrudimský region ze získaných informací o realizovaných prodejích. Nedílnou součástí je praktická část, ve které se uvádí dva případy ocenění nemovitostí. Závěrečnou část tvoří analýza trhu chrudimského okresu.
Abstract:
The Barchelor thesis explains database theory including the information sourcing as a base for itself. Following part describes creation of the databases for the market evaluation in the Chrudim region based on the realized real estate sales in the area.
