The factors affecting the participation of adult women in the additional education

Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou faktory ovlivňující participaci žen na dalším vzdělávání. Tato práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se vybranými faktory dalšího vzdělávání dospělých. Předkládaná práce je vyústěním studia andragogiky, proto bude prvá teoretická kapitola této práce věnována andragogickým východiskům daného tématu. Prvá kapitola tak představí samotný pojem andragogika a dále se daná kapitola bude zabývat základními pojmy, s nimiž andragogika pracuje. Jedná se například o pojmy: výchova, vzdělávání, vzdělání, učení se či edukace Daná kapitola představí i koncept celoživotního vzdělávání/ učení, představí různé úrovně, podoby, oblasti a formy dalšího vzdělávání. Druhá kapitola této práce bude věnována dílčím aspektům dospělosti a učení se v dospělosti. Poslední, teoretická kapitola dané práce se pak zaměří na psychosociální aspekty vzdělávání dospělých a uvede zde témata: podpora studujících ze strany jejich rodin a zaměstnavatelů, práce zmíní význam kolektivu studujících a poukáže i na vliv, který má na vzdělávací proces osoba pedagoga. Empirická část dané práce bude věnována průzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem je nahlédnout na faktory, které ovlivňují participaci žen na dalším vzdělávání prostřednictvím samotných účastníků dalšího vzdělávání. Dílčí cíle daného průzkumného šetření pak budou zkoumat faktické motivy, bariéry i další faktory, s nimiž se setkávají účastníci dalšího vzdělávání. S ohledem na cíl průzkumu má předmětné průzkumné šetření kvalitativní design a jeho respondenty jsou čtyři frekventanti či absolventi dalšího vzdělávání. Sběr průzkumných dat bude proveden metodou dotazování, metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Sběr průzkumných dat bude realizován i metodou terénních poznámek průzkumníka a metodou případové studie. Data získaná průzkumem budou následně analyzována pomocí interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy (IPA). Témata zvolená na základě zmíněné analýzy budou představena formou tabulky a budou legitimizována odpověďmi respondentů tohoto šetření. Odpovědi respondentů jsou v práci uvedeny kurzívou. Následně budou vlastní průzkumná data diskutována s daty obecně uznávanými. Tato část bakalářské práce bude doplněna i o dílčí reflexe průzkumníka. Uvedené reflexe budou mít podobu textu v barevném poli. V závěru empirické části provede průzkumník reflexi průzkumného šetření a nabídne doporučení pro edukační praxi.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT The subject of this bachelor thesis is The factors influencing the participation of women in further education. This thesis has a theoretical-empirical character and deals with selected factors of further adult education. The presented work is the result of the study of adult education, therefore the first theoretical chapter of this work will be devoted to the andragogical starting points of the given topic. The first chapter will introduce the concept of adult education and the chapter will deal with the basic concepts with which andragogika works. The given chapter will also introduce the concept of lifelong learning / learning, introduce different levels, forms, areas and forms of further education. The second chapter of this work will focus on the partial aspects of adulthood and learning in adulthood. The last, theoretical chapter of the work will focus on the psychosocial aspects of adult education and will include topics such as support for students from their families and their employers, and this work will mention the importance of the college of learners, and also the influence of the pedagogue on the educational process. The empirical part of the work will be devoted to a survey whose main aim is to look on the factors that influence the participation of women in further education through the learners themselves. The partial objectives of the survey will then examine factual motives, barriers, and other factors encountered by participants in further education. In view of the research objective, the survey in question has a qualitative design and its respondents are four trainees or graduates of further education. The reconnaissance data will be captured by the semi-structured interview method. The exploration data collection will also be realized by the explorer's field observations method and the case study method. The data obtained from the survey will then be analyzed using an interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). The topics selected based on the above analysis will be presented in the form of a table and will be legitimated by the respondents' answers. Respondents' answers are in italics. Subsequently, reconnaissance data will be discussed with generally accepted data. This part of the bachelor thesis will be supplemented by a partial reflection of the explorer. These reflections will take the form of text in the color field. At the conclusion of the empirical section, the explorer will conduct a reflection on the exploratory inquiry and he will offer the recommendations for the educational practice.
