Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá udržením a potencionálním získáním nových návštěvníků během rekonstrukce muzejní budovy za využití marketingových a komunikačních nástrojů. Prostřednictvím nich se muzejní a galerijní instituce snaží vyhovět potřebám veřejnosti a v porovnání s dalšími možnostmi trávení volného času zapůsobit na co nejširší spektrum veřejnosti. Na třech různých muzeích jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky a sledovány jejich snahy o komunikaci s muzejním publikem během rekonstrukce a uzavření muzea. Konkrétně se zabývá fungováním Národního muzea, Muzea východních Čech v Hradci Králové a Městským muzeem a galerií v Hořicích.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the retention and potential acquisition of new visitors during the reconstruction of the museum building. Through marketing and communication tools museum and gallery institutions strive to meet the needs of the public and, in comparison with other opportunities to spend free time, influence the widest possible range of the public. Theoretical knowledge is applied at three different museums and their efforts to communicate with the museum audience during the reconstruction and closure of the museum are monitored. Specifically, it deals with the functioning of the National Museum, the Museum of Eastern Bohemia in Hradec Králové, and the Municipal Museum and Gallery in Hořice.
