Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním úrovně znalostí první pomoci na druhém stupni základních škol. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se významně liší úroveň znalostí první pomoci u dětí v 6. a 9. třídě základních škol. Teoretická část práce shromažďuje základní informace o první pomoci, její dělení, postupy, pravidla a také vybavení a tísňové linky. Popisuje také metodické pokyny a pravidla určené kurikulárními dokumenty MŠMT. Odborné informace byly čerpány z vhodně zvolených primárních pramenů nejen české, ale také zahraniční literatury podle stanovených kritérií v databázích Google Scholar, EBSCO Discovery service, Medline, Pubmed a MSVK. Praktická část práce se věnuje samotnému výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním cílem dotazníku bylo zjistit úroveň znalostí první pomoci žáků 2. stupně, specificky 6. a 9. tříd. Obsahem praktické části je metodologie výzkumu a jeho samotná analýza. Výsledky ukázaly, že hranice úspěšnosti dosáhlo pouze 38,5 % žáků 6. tříd a 38,2 % žáků 9. tříd. Tyto výsledky ukazují, že znalost první pomoci je u obou tříd nedostatečná. Z tohoto důvodu je poté v diskusi navrhnut seznam doporučení, který by mohly pomoct ke zvýšení povědomosti žáků o první pomoci.

Abstract:

The thesis defocuses on mapping the level of first aid knowledge in lower secondary schools. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the level of first aid knowledge significantly differs among students in the 6th and 9th grades of primary schools. The theoretical part of the thesis gathers basic information about first aid, its classification, procedures, and rules, as well as equipment and emergency hotlines. It also describes methodological guidelines and rules specified by the curriculum documents of the MŠMT. According to the assigned criteria, information was taken from properly chosen primary sources such as Google Scholar, EBSCO Discovery Service, Medline, Pubmed and MSVK. They were obtained not only from Czech literature but also from foreign literature. The practical part of the thesis deals with the actual research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey. The main goal of the questionnaire was to assess the level of first aid knowledge among students in the 2nd stage, specifically in the 6th and 9th grades. The practical part includes the research methodology and its analysis. The results showed that only 38.5 % of 6th-grade students and 38.2 % of 9th-grade students reached the threshold of success. These results indicate that the knowledge of first aid is inadequate for both classes. For this reason, a list of recommendations is proposed in the discussion, which could help increase students' awareness of first aid
