Abstract:

Blanka Ježková. Konkurenceschopnost vybrané destinace cestovního ruchu. [Bakalářská práce]University College Prague – Vysoká škola mezinárodních vztahů a Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická s.r.o..Praha: 2022. 51 stran. Bakalářská práce je věnována konkurenceschopnosti ve zvolené destinaci cestovního ruchu Keňa, z pohledu indexu TTCI. První část práce představuje teoretická východiska konkurenceschopnosti destinace. Ve druhé části je zaměřeno na analýzu indexu TTCI postavení destinace Keňa v rámci Afriky. Je analyzován vliv prostředí na konkurenceschopnost destinace, a které faktory mají v rámci konkurenčního prostředí vliv na atraktivitu destinace. Třetí část je věnována předpokladům rozvoje destinace z pohledu cestovního ruchu a faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují konkurenceschopnost dané destinace. Cílem práce je zhodnocení konkurenčního prostředí v dané destinaci. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí: teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V práci jsou použity metody, komparace, SWOT analýzy.

The bachelor thesis is devoted to competitiveness in the selected tourism destination of Kenya, from the perspective of the TTCI index. The first part of the work presents the theoretical basis of the competitiveness of the destination. The second part focuses on the analysis of the TTCI index of the position of the destination Kenya in Africa. The influence of the environment on the competitiveness of the destination is analyzed, and which factors have an impact on the attractiveness of the destination within the competitive environment. The third part is devoted to the assumptions of the development of the destination in terms of tourism and the factors that most affect the competitiveness of the destination. The aim of the work is to evaluate the competitive environment in the destination. The work is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The work combines methods, comparisons, SWOT analysis.
