Právní a etické aspekty jsou předmětem mé diplomové práce. Nejprve přiblížím jednotlivé druhy euthanasie z hlediska způsobu dělení, poté pojem euthanasie a termíny s ním spojené. Následně nastíním historický přehled přístupu k euthanasii. Dále poukazuji na možnosti paliativní a hospicové péče. Subject of my thesis are legal and ethical aspects. First of all i will handle different kinds of euthanasia in terms of ways of dividing then the concept of euthanasia itself and terms associated with it. Then outline the historical overview of the approach to euthanasia. Possibilities of paliative and hospice care are shown as well.
