Tato diplomová práce se zabývá urychlením výpočtu difúzních filtrů pomocí GPU, které podporují CUDA. V práci se k numerickému řešení difúzní rovnice používá AOS. Hlavní výpočetní zátěž při použití AOS je v řešení tridiagonálních systémů lineárních rovnic. Abstract:
The thesis deals with acceleration of computation of diffusion filters using CUDA enabled GPUs. The thesis applies AOS to numerical solution of diffusion equation. When using AOS the main computation burden lies in solving tridiagonal systems of linear equations. There are described and implemented three algorithms to solve this system.
