Tato disertační práce je zaměřena na zjištění: 1. mezipohlavních rozdílů v biotransformaci léčiv na úrovni cytochromu P450; 2. vlivu vybraných psychofarmak (bupropion, aripiprazol, memantin, metanandamid) na metabolickou aktivitu tohoto enzymatického systému; 3. na rozdíly v účinku některých testovaných látek (bupropion, metanandamid) v závislosti na pohlaví. Abstract:
The aims of this PhD thesis were to determine: 1. the intersexual differences of CYP450 metabolic activity; 2. the influence of selected psychotropic drugs (bupropion, aripiprazole, memantine, methanandamide) on the metabolic activity of CYP450; 3. the relation between sex and the influence of tested drugs (bupropion, metanandamide).
