Working with children with behavioral disorders in the center of educational care

Abstract:

Napsáním mé bakalářské práce chci popsat pobyt ve středisku výchovné péče očima dětí s poruchami chování. Prací chci přiblížit, jaká jsou ve středisku pravidla, tresty, jak středisko a zaměstnanci fungují. Cílem práce je popsat poruchy chování, popsat středisko výchovné péče a jeho funkce. Zjistit a popsat, jak chlapci sami vnímají pobyt ve středisku. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl pozorovat chování dětí ve středisku výchovné péče, zjistit jejich pohled na pobyt ve středisku a jejich pocity. Pro zjištění cílů byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, který jsem mohla realizovat v jednom ze středisek výchovné péče. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí pozorování a rozhovorů. Teoretická část vychází z odborných publikací, on-line zdrojů a vlastního studia. První kapitola je věnována středisku výchovné péče, jako zařízení, jeho pracovníky, jeho metody a specifikace, působení na děti. Druhá kapitola popisuje poruchy chování z několika pohledů. Třetí kapitola je praktickou částí, která je realizována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně pozorování a rozhovory.

Abstract:

By writing my bachelor's thesis, I want to point out the stay in the center of educational care through the eyes of children with behavioral disorders. I want to describe the rules of the center, the penalties, how the center and staff work. The aim of the work is to describe behavioral disorders, to describe the center of educational care and its functions. Find out and describe how the boys themselves perceive their stay in the center. The bachelor's thesis aims to observe the behavior of children in the center of educational care, to find out their view of their stay in the center and their feelings. Qualitative research was used to find out the goals, which I could use only in one of the centers of educational care. The research was through observations and interviews. The theoretical part is based on professional publications, online resources and own study. The first chapter is devoted to the center of educational care, as a facility, its staff, its methods and specifications, the impact on children. The second chapter describes behavioral disorders from several perspectives. The third chapter is a practical form of qualitative research, specifically observations and interviews.
