Vytvořením souhrnného přehledu problematiky rozhodování správce daně ve věci posečkání, případně povolení rozložení úhrady daně ve splátkách, je vhodný způsob jak získat představu o smyslu, funkci toho-to instrumentu daňového řízení. Creating summary of tax administrator decree problematic, especially in tax waiver or allowing the dissolution of taxes into instalments, is a suitable way to understand the function of instrument of tax proceed-ing.
