Teaching tolerance for ethnic, religious and sexual minorities - Primary school textbook analysis
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá výchovou k toleranci odlišností na českých základních školách. Práce obsahuje dvě části – první část poskytuje teoretická východiska pro druhou, praktickou část práce, kterou tvoří analýza učebnic pro základní školy, s cílem zjistit, jakým způsobem jsou v těchto učebnicích prezentovány menšiny a zda učebnice přispívají k výchově k toleranci.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with teaching tolerance for diversity and preventing discrimination in Czech primary schools. The work itself is divided in two parts. The first, theoretical part, provides the background for the practical one – the analysis of primary school textbooks, with the aim of finding out how tolerance and minorities are presented in school texts.
