Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou time managementu, stereotypů a předsudků v podmínkách veřejné správy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a zaměřuje se na to, jak time management, stereotypy a předsudky ovlivňují efektivitu práce úředníků.
