Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o péči o kůži novorozence a kojence v České republice. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřená na rozdíly kůže dospělého a novorozence, na hygienickou péči o novorozence, rozdíly v látkových a jednorázových plenkách a všeobecnou péči o novorozence a kojence. Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem se pečuje o kůži novorozenců a kojenců v České republice. Praktická část má výzkumný charakter a výzkum proběhl dotazníkovým šetřením, tedy kvantitativní formou výzkumu. Následné výsledky byly zpracovány formou grafů. Nejzajímavějšími výsledky byly, ohledně přebalování, koupání. Výsledky mých cílů byly tyto: ženy, které kojily, měly nižší výskyt opruzenin, než ženy které nekojily. Ženy, které používaly pouze vodu a žínku, měly vyšší výskyt opruzenin, než ostatní děti. Ženy, které používaly jednorázové pleny, měly nižší výskyt opruzenin, než ženy které používaly látkové pleny. Ženy, které používaly pouze přírodní oleje, měly nižší výskyt alergických reakcí než ženy používající běžnou dětskou kosmetiku a více než polovina žen používá mast proti opruzeninám jako prevenci vzniku opruzenin. Doporučení, zvýšit edukaci matek v delším časovém období, pomocí vytváření kvalitních zdrojů na internetu.

Abstract:

This Bachelor work deals with skin care of newborns and infants in the Czech Republic. Thesis is composed of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the differences between the skin of an adult and and a newborn, on the hygienic care of newborns, on the differences between cloth diapers and the single-use diapers and the general care of newborns and infants. The main goal of my work was to find out the way how it is taken care of the skin of newborns and infants in the Czech Republic. The practical part has a research character. For the research was used a questionnaire survey a quantitative form of a research. The following results were graphed. The most striking results were related to diaper change and bathing. The results of my goals were following: women who breast-feed had lower incidence of diaper rash than women who didn't breast-feed. Women who were using only water and a washcloth had a higher incidence of diaper rash than others. Women who were using a single-use diapers had a lower incidence of diaper rash than women who used cloth diapers. Women who were using only natural oils had a lower incidence of allergic reactions than women who were using common baby cosmetics. More than half of the women is using diaper rush cream as a prevention against the rush. Recommendation: increase the mothers' education in a longer time period by creating quality resources of information on the internet.
