The objective of the thesis was to show the different values, attitudes and business culture of the Czech Republic and the Republic of the Philippines. The thesis has two main parts. Cílem práce je poukázat na rozdílné hodnoty, přístupy a podnikovou kulturu mezi Českou a Filipínskou republikou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části.
