Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců v restauraci Pils`n`Grill, která je součástí hotelu Courtyard by Marriott Pilsen. Cílem je analýza systému vzdělávání pracovníků ve společnosti a návrh individuálního rozvojového plánu. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě informací získané z odborné literatury. V praktické části je proveden dotazníkový výzkum, který je zaměřen na liniové zaměstnance a zaměstnance na pozici supervisor. Pomocí dotazníku je zjištěna spokojenost zaměstnanců se vzdělávacími programy v dané restauraci. Na základě zjištěných informací je vytvořen individuální rozvojový plán na pozici supervisor.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the education and development of employees in the restaurant Pils`n`Grill, which is part of the Courtyard by Marriott Pilsen. The aim is to analyze the system of education of employees in the company and to propose an individual development plan. The theoretical part is based on information from the literature. In the practical part, a questionnaire research is conducted, which is focused on workers and employees in the position of supervisor. Due to questionnaire, the satisfaction of employees with educational programs is determined in the restaurant. The individual development plan is created for the position of supervisor, based on the obtained informations.
