Diplomová práce pojednává o likvidaci společnosti a jejích důsledcích. V práci analyzuji jednotlivé kroky likvidace, jak z pohledu společnosti, tak z pohledu hlavní postavy celého procesu - likvidátora. This thesis deals with the liquidation of the company and its consequences. In this work I analyze the each steps of liquidation, from the perspective of the company and from the perspective of the main character of the whole process - the liquidator.
