Abstract:

Cílem absolventské práce "Česká obchodní inspekce" je popsat nejprve problematiku ochrany spotřebitele, od jejího vývoje až po současnou legislativní úpravu, dále je práce zaměřena na primární téma, tedy Českou obchodní inspekci, její historii, organizaci, působnost, spolupráci s dalšími orgány jak na národní, tak na evropské úrovni, včetně nejpodstatnějších problematik současného trhu České republiky.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis "Czech Trade Inspection" is to describe at first issue of consumer protection, from its development to current legislation, further work is focused to the primary topic, therefore Czech Trade Inspection, its history, organization, competence, cooperation with other authorities both at national and at European level, including the most important issues of Czech Republic market at this time.
