Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice agenturního zaměstnávání z pohledu uživatele, který řeší problematiku nedostatku pracovní síly prostřednictvím zaměstnanců agentury práce. The thesis addresses the problematics of agency employment from the point of view a user undertakings, who deals with the issue of labor shortages via employees of employment agency. Main focus lies on relations among the subjects of agency employment regulated by the Labour Code and defines the position of these entities in the field of occupational safety and health.
