Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou smlouvy o dílo dle nového civilněprávního kodexu, tedy zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, který nabyl účinnosti 1. ledna 2014. Stěžejní význam práce je věnován ujednáním smlouvy o dílo se zaměřením na osobu zhotovitele díla ve výstavbě. This Bachelor’s Work deals with legal modifications of Contract for Work as it is presented in the law N° 89/2012 of the Civil Code, which became valid since January 1st 2014.
