The meaning of the Deposit Insurance Fund

Abstract:

Cíl mé bakalářské práce je rozdělen na 2 části a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se pokusím popsat historický vývoj až po současnost fondu pojištění vkladu a představit fond pojištění vkladu širší veřejnosti, jeho postavení na finančním trhu a jeho funkce. V další části uvedu, kam sahá právní působnost fondu pojištění vkladu a čím se fond musí řídit. Dále budu pokračovat v deskripci mechanizmu fungování fondu pojištění vkladu. V neposlední řádě se pokusím charakterizovat zaměstnaneckou hierarchii fondu pojištění vkladu. Z uvedeného vyplývá, že použiji metodu deskripce. V praktické části použiju metodu jednoduché analýzy a opět metodu deskripce. Kromě toho využiji metodu dotazníkového šetření a jeho analýzu. Hlavním cílem předložené závěrečné práce bude provést charakteristiku a význam fondu pojištění vkladů a jeho zhodnocení v kontextu regulace finančního trhu. Vedlejším cílem, avšak ne nevýznamným, bude provedení analýzy názoru laické veřejnosti na význam fondu pojištění vkladů. K zajištění tohoto cíle si vytvořím určitou hypotézu, kterou se pokusím dokázat, nebo vyvrátit pomocí tohoto dotazníkového šetření. Závěr práce bude obsahovat celkové zhodnocení cíle práce, výsledky dotazníkového šetření a potvrzení nebo vyvrácení stanovené hypotézy.

Abstract:

The objective of my thesis is divided into 2 parts, namely the theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part I will try to describe the historical development up to the present deposit insurance fund and introduce deposit insurance fund broader public its position on the financial market and its functions. In the next section, I will explain where law extends the scope of the Deposit Insurance Fund and the Fund must follow. In addition, I will continue the description of the mechanism of functioning of the deposit insurance fund. Finally, I will try to characterize the employment hierarchy Deposit Insurance Fund. It follows that use the method description. In the practical part I use a simple method of analysis and description of the method again. In addition, the method will use the survey and its analysis. The main aim of this thesis will make the characteristics and meaning of the Deposit Insurance Fund and its evaluation in the context of financial market regulation. As a secondary objective, but not insignificant, the analysis considers the general public on the importance of the deposit insurance fund. To ensure this, you create a hypothesis to try to prove or disprove using this questionnaire. Conclusion The work will provide an overall assessment of the objectives of the work, the results of the survey and confirm or refute the hypothesis.
