Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce jsou Vybrané druhy mravnostní kriminality. Diplomová práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je celkem 7 hlavních kapitol. Teoretická část se věnuje obecně charakteristice mravnostní kriminality a pojmy s ní spojené, včetně dělení mravnostních trestných činů dle různých kritérií, není opomenuta historie mravnostní kriminality spolu s právní úpravou v České republice, včetně mezinárodních dokumentů. Charakterizuje jednotlivé mravnostní trestné činy, včetně skutkové podstaty sexuálních trestných činů, dále pachatele, oběť a pomoc oběti. Teoretická část je zakončena prevencí a kontrolou mravnostní kriminality. Praktickou část autorka zpracovala na základě dat z dotazníkového šetření. Cílem této diplomové práce je shrnutí dostupných informací a dat, a vytvoření ucelené práce, která čtenáři poskytne přehled o jednotlivých druzích mravnostní kriminality, jejich právní úpravě, pachatelích a obětech.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is Selected types of moral crime. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. There are a total of 7 main chapters in the theoretical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the general characteristics of moral crime and concepts associated with it, including the division of moral crimes according to various criteria, the history of moral crime together with the legal regulation in the Czech Republic, including international documents, is not omitted. It characterizes individual moral crimes, including the facts of sexual crimes, as well as the perpetrator, the victim and the victim's assistance. The theoretical part ends with the prevention and control of moral crime. The author prepared the practical part based on data from a questionnaire survey. The aim of this thesis is to summarize the available information and data, and create a comprehensive work that will provide the reader with an overview of the individual types of moral crime, their legal treatment, perpetrators and victims.
