Nursing Process in the Care of a Patient with Urinary Bladder Tumor

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je "Ošetřovatelský proces v péči o pacienta s nádorem močového měchýře". Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část, která je rozdělena do dvou kapitol, obsahuje definici onemocnění, jeho etiopatogenezi, klinický obraz, diagnostiku a léčbu. Ve druhé kapitole je dále věnována pozornost specifikům ošetřovatelské péče v rámci předoperační přípravy, intraoperační péče, pooperační péče a edukační činnosti sestry. Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována ošetřovatelskému procesu v péči o konkrétního pacienta s nádorovým onemocněním močového měchýře. Byla odebrána anamnéza při přijetí pacienta k hospitalizaci a také 9. pooperační den na standardním urologickém oddělení. Získaná data byla poté zpracována dle NANDA - I Taxonomie II. Byly stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy a k nim byly vytvořeny ošetřovatelské intervence, které byly realizovány a také vyhodnoceny. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu v péči o pacienta s nádorem močového měchýře.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Nursing process in the care of a patient with bladder tumor". The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, which is divided into two chapters, contains the definition of the disease, its etiopathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment. In the second chapter, attention is also given to the specifics of nursing care in the preoperative preparation, intraoperative care, postoperative care and educational activities of a nurse. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the nursing process in the care of a particular patient with bladder tumor. The nursing assessment of the patient was obtained after admission to the hospital and also on the 9th postoperative day in the standard urology unit. The obtained data was then processed according to NANDA - I Taxonomy II. Nursing diagnoses were made and nursing interventions were developed for these diagnoses, which were implemented and also evaluated. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to develop a nursing process in the care of a patient with bladder tumor.
