Integration of the global SAP Success Factors system with local systems

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje znázornění postupu při diagnostice, přípra-vě, samotném procesu i následné kontrole realizace přechodu firemních HR dat z on-premise systému SAP na cloudové řešení Employee Central společnosti SAP. Diplomová práce se věnuje jednotlivým etapám přechodu dat na cloudové řešení při zajištění dočasné souběžné funkčnosti obou systémů. Vzhledem k velkému množství dat je kladen velký důraz na koordinovanost přechodu spojenou s vyso-kou spolehlivostí kvality přechodu. Toho bude docíleno navržením kontrolních programů s eliminací selhání lidského faktoru a zautomatizováním celého procesu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis concerns the procedure of diagnostics, preparation, the process itself and the subsequent check of the implementation of the transition of corporate HR data from the on-premise SAP system to the cloud solution Em-ployee Central of SAP. The diploma thesis deals with the individual stages of the data transition to a cloud solution while ensuring the immediate simultaneous functionality of both systems. Due to the large amount of data, great emphasis is put on the coordination of the transition associated with high reliability of the qu-ality of the transition. This will be achieved by designing control programs that eliminate the human error and automate the entire process
