Tématem diplomové práce je význam strategického plánování v Ostravě. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda má strategické plánování smysl a význam pro obce i pro samotné statutární město Ostrava. The diploma thesis topic is the importance of strategic planning in Ostrava. The main goal of the work was to find out whether strategic planning has meaning and significance for municipalities and for the statutory city of Ostrava itself.
