Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na řízení rizik ve společnosti BORS Břeclav a.s., jejich definování, analyzování a vyhodnocení. Součástí práce je vytvoření katalogu rizik a následně s pomocí mapy rizik je vytvořen graf, který určí velikost těchto rizik. Cílem je vypracování směrnice Řízení rizik a její implementace do systému managementu kvality.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the possible risks in the company BORS Breclav Inc. their definition, analysis and evaluation. Part of the thesis discusses the creation of a catalog of risks, and how with the help of a risk map, a graph can be created, which determines the size of these risks.
