Tato bakalářská práce rozebírá stávající stav zajišťování výnosů z trestné činnosti. Jsou představeny základní pojmy jako výnos z trestné činnosti, náhradní hodnota, majetek pachatele a definice věci jako předmět zajištění. Práce se věnuje právním postupům a trestnímu řádu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis analyses the current state of securing proceeds of crime. Basic terms such as proceeds of crime, substitute value, offender's property and definition of a thing as a subject of seizure are introduced.
