Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na úpravu odstoupení od smlouvy. Je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole jsou stručně charakterizovány veškeré způsoby zániku závazků. Druhá kapitola je věnována současné úpravě odstoupení od smlouvy dle všeobecných ustanovení o závazcích v občanském zákoníku. The thesis deals with withdrawal from a contract. The thesis is divided into four parts. In the first part there are characterized all the ways of termination of obligations. The second part deals with current legal adjustment according to the general provisions for liabilities in the Civil Code.
