Ground and enjoyment of hunting rights
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na majetkoprávní vztahy, v nichž figurují pozemky jako předmět těchto vztahů. První část této práce je věnována vlastnictví. Jeho stručné charakteristice a obecné orientaci. Vedle toho je součástí této práce vysvětlení pojmu myslivosti a "práva myslivosti", resp. co je jeho naplněním. Třetí část je věnována souvislosti mezi konkrétním výkonem práva myslivosti a vlastnictvím.
Abstract:
The goal I set myself in this is to go trhough the given topic "Ground and enjoyment of hunting rights". The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one is dedicated to ownership, its brief characteristics and its conception as legal relationship.
