The principle of formal publicity in the Land Register
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na princip formální publicity při vedení katastru nemovitostí. Jeho zajištění platnou právní úpravou, popisem forem přístupu k informacím z KN a pojednáním o ochraně osobních údajů vedených v katastru nemovitostí.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the principle of formal publicity in real estate register administration, its provision by valid legal regulation, description of single forms of access to information from real estate register and elaboration of protection of personal data manager by real estate register.
