Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání seniorů v Kraji Vysočina. Teoretická část práce definuje klíčové pojmy, jako je geragogika, vzdělávání, celoživotní vzdělávání, stárnutí a aktivní stáří. Důraz je kladen na význam vzdělávání seniorů v souvislosti se stárnutím populace. Praktická část zkoumá motivaci seniorů k účasti ve vzdělávacích programech na univerzitě třetího věku. This thesis is focused on the education of seniors in the Vysočina Region. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts such as geragogy, education, lifelong learning, ageing and active ageing.
