Předmětem této diplomové práce je analyzovat podnikovou kulturu v konkrétním podniku a její vliv na výkonnost jako ukazatel konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Objective of this thesis is to analyze corporate culture in a particular company and its influence on performance as an indicator of a competitiveness of a company.
