Analysis of CSA Internal Communication

Abstract:

Práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky v oblasti komunikace podniku se zaměřením na její vnitřní veřejnost. Popisuje veškeré prostředky interní komunikace v organizaci včetně způsobů měření efektivity a získávání zpětné vazby. Praktická část práce se zabývá aktuální situací v oblasti interní komunikace ve společnosti České aerolinie. Popsány jsou veškeré prostředky interní komunikace v této společnosti a její současný stav, který je v její druhé části zanalyzován a vyhodnocen. Součástí práce je také návrh dotazníku, který je zaměřen na využívání jednotlivých nástrojů interní komunikace mezi zaměstnanci Českých aerolinií.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis summarizes theoretical knowledge in the area of company communication especially aimed at its internal public. It describes all possible means of internal communication in an organization including methods of efficiency measuring and obtaining feed-backs. The practical part of the thesis deals with an up to date situation in the internal communication in Czech Airlines. A whole scale of company means of internal communication is described. Its current state is analyzed and evaluated in the second part. An important workpiece is created by a questionnaire proposal aimed at using different means of internal communication among Czech Airlines employees.
