Záměrem této práce je především rozbor platné právní úpravy nájmu pozemku, zároveň ale i nastínění historického i možného budoucího vývoje právní úpravy tohoto institutu. The aim of this work is mainly an anylysis of current legal regulations of ground lease institute, but also a past and possible future legislation of this institute.
