Abstract:

Teze disertační práce se zabývají vytvořením "Interaktivního prostředí pro začínající podnikatele". Cílem je navrhnout model tohoto prostředí, který bude zahrnovat tři stěžejní oblasti, a to "vzdělávání", "komunikaci" a "spolupráci". V první kapitole zpracovávám kritickou literární a internetovou rešerši zaměřenou na elektronické vzdělávání, portály pro začínající podnikatele, sociální sítě a webové prostředí. V další kapitole uvádím cíle a hypotézy disertační práce a zdůvodňuji potřebu řešení zvoleného tématu práce. Ve třetí kapitole stanovuji vědecké metody zkoumání a uvádím postupy řešení disertační práce. Ty prezentuji z důvodu zajištění provázanosti celé práce a současně pro pochopení hlavního rámce DP. Ve čtvrté kapitole prezentuji hlavní výsledky práce. Navrhuji model interaktivního prostředí ve formě vize a základní struktury a uvádím výsledky vlastního realizovaného výzkumu. Získávám odpovědi na výzkumné otázky a ověřuji model a hypotézy. V páté kapitole se zaměřuji na přínosy práce pro vědu a praxi a v poslední kapitole nastiňuji další možné pokračování práce.

Abstract:

Theses are focused on creation of "Interactive environment for starting entrepreneurs". The goal is to suggest the model of this environment, that would include three fundamental areas - "education", "communication" and "cooperation". In the first chapter I compile critical literary and Internet retrieval focused on electronic education, portals for starting entrepreneurs, social websites and web environment. In the next chapter I mention the goals and hypotheses and give reasons for the necessity of finding solutions in the area of selected theme of thesis. In the third chapter I determine scientific methods of research and mention routes of solving the thesis. Those I present in order to guarantee cohesion of the whole work and to present how I understand the main sense of thesis. In the fourth chapter I present the main results of my work. I suggest the model of interactive environment in the basic vision and structure and mention detail results of my own realized research. I obtain answers to research questions and verify the model and hypotheses. In the fifth chapter I focus on contribution of this work to science and practice and in the last chapter I outline the possible future continuation of my work.
