Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku hereditární tyrosinémie typu I, II, III – vzácnou dědičnou poruchu metabolismu aminokyseliny tyrosinu. Teoretická část popisuje patogenezi a hlavní manifestace jednotlivých typů onemocnění, diagnostiku a terapií hereditární tyrosinémie, včetně dietního opatření. Thesis centre on problematic of hereditary tyrosinemia – a rare inborn error of metabolism amino acid tyrosine.
