Founding documents of companies and their comparison
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the importance of the founding documents of companies and their comparison. The first chapter focuses on the characteristics of establishment of a company. The second section notes the differences in the legislation of these documents. The third chapter analyzes the necessary documents on the basis of their comparison.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá významom zakladateľských dokumentov obchodných spoločností a ich komparáciou. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na charakteristiku založenia a vzniku obchodných spoločností. Druhá kapitola konštatuje odlišnosti v právnej úprave týchto dokumentov. Tretia kapitola analyzuje zakladateľské dokumenty na základe ich komparácie.
