Bakalářská práce Dopady daňové reformy na pojišťovnictví se zaobírá novelou 267/2014 Sb., která nabyla účinnost dne 1.1.2015 a upravuje zákon č. 586/1992 Sb., o daních z příjmů. Nová právní úprava pozměnila pravidla pro daňové zvýhodnění životního pojištění, jak pro daňové odpočty, tak i pro daňové osvobození. Bachelor thesis Impacts of the tax reform on insurance industry deals with the amendment 267/2014 Coll., which came into force on January 1, 2015 and regulates the Act no. 586/1992 Coll., on income taxes.
