Abstract:
Práce má informační a metodický charakter. Na základě poznatků o komunikaci předkládá postup řešení vybraných problémů na tísňové lince. Práce by měla sloužit začínajícím operátorům.
Abstract:
The work has got informative and methodical character. On the basis of knowledge for communication it puts forward procedure of solution of selected situations. This work should help as a start for operators.
