Abstract:
Bakalářská práce ''Aditivní látky v cukrovinkách'' přináší obecné informace o cukrovinkách a v nich obsažených aditivních látek. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na vliv těchto látek na zdraví dítěte. V rámci této práce byl prováděn výzkum, ve kterém bylo zjišťováno, jaké cukrovinky jsou dětmi konzumovány nejčastěji, jaké barvy cukrovinek preferují a jaký je jejich názor na vliv vybraných aditiv na zdraví …more

The bachelor thesis called ''Additives in candies'' provides general information about candies and additives they contain. Particular emphasis is placed on the impact of these substances on the child's health.
