Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou copingových strategií, syndromem vyhoření a dále se zaměřuje na stres, který je ve spojení s povoláním všeobecné sestry. Průzkumná část této práce se zabývá analýzou dat, zjištěných pomocí vlastně vytvořeného dotazníku. Cílem práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit, zda všeobecné sestry znají pojem "coping", zda mají znalosti o syndromu vyhoření a jestli si uvědomují stres, který má spojení s jejich povoláním. Průzkumem bylo zjištěno, že více než polovina respondentů se s pojmem coping ve spojení se stresem nesetkalo, většina respondentů má znalosti v oblasti syndromu vyhoření a uvědomují si propojení své práce se stresem.

Abstract:

This bachelor work is dealing with a dilemma of coping strategies, burn out syndrome and it focuses on stress connected with the work of general nurses. The practical part of this work is dealing with data analysis gained by using a specifically designed survey. This survey is uncovering the nurse's basic knowledge of the term "coping", the knowledge of burn out syndrome and the connection between stress and their job. The survey found that more than half of the respondents have not met with the term "coping" in connection with stress, most respondents have a knowledge of burnout syndrome and are aware of the link between their work and stress.
