Abstract:
Antipsychotika jsou často používaná psychofarmaka. Cílem příspěvku byla optimalizace LCMS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) metody pro získání výsledků významných pro posouzení dopadu léčby na pacienty. Analýza antipsychotik se provádí u živých pacientů v séru a u zemřelých osob z důvodu hemolýzy v krvi. Abstract:
The antipsychotics can be considered as a widely used type of psychofarmac drugs. The main aim of this thesis was the optimalisation of LCMS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) methods and obtaining the relevant results necessary for evaluation of the patient treatment impact.
