The aim of this thesis is synthesis and biological testing of prepared fluorescently labelled and click-chemistry compatible phenylacetic acid derivatives. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes knowledge about auxins, auxin signalling and transport. Cílem této práce je syntéza a biologické testování připravených fluorescenčně značených a click-chemie kompatibilních derivátů kyseliny fenyloctové.
