Outsourcing of the IT in Banking
Abstract:
Obsahem této bakalářské práce, je stručné shrnutí druhů outsourcingu v bankovnictví a neopomíjí ani právní stránku. Práce se zaměřuje především na outsourcing vývoje a správu software. Hlavním přínosem této práce je zhodnocení efektivity outsourcingu v ČS a.s.. Autor na základě analýzy nákladů banky a analýzy konkrétního projektu navrhuje další směřování v oblasti outsourcingu IT v ČS a.s.
Abstract:
The content of this Bachelor's dissertation is a brief summary of the types of outsourcing in the banking and also legal issues aren’t ignored. The dissertation focuses on the outsourcing of software development and support. The main benefit of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of outsourcing in ČS a.s..
