Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění soukromé stomatologické praxe. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části zkoumám zdravotnický systém v České republice, specifika ocenění stomatologické praxe a formální náležitosti prodeje privátních zubních praxí. The main goal of this diploma is a dental practice appraisal. The paper consists of two main parts. The theoretical part is focused on health care system in the Czech Republic, specifics related to stomatology appraisal and formal necessities connected to dental office selling.
